Every cat and dog deserves to be wanted, cared for, and loved. With that goal, Positive Animal Impact Rescue strives to reduce the number of unwanted animals in our community through low-cost sterilization, shelter, and rehoming for animals in need.

In our weekend clinics, we provide spaying, neutering, vaccinations, and microchipping for pets from lower-income families. We also shelter homeless dogs and cats and find them loving forever homes.

Founded by Dr. Pat Dowell, PAIR is a registered 501(c)(3) in Port Angeles, WA.
