Every cat and dog deserves to be wanted, cared for, and loved. With that goal, Positive Animal Impact Rescue strives to reduce the number of unwanted animals in our community through low-cost sterilization, shelter, and rehoming for animals in need.

In our spay and neuter clinics, we provide spaying, neutering, vaccinations, and microchipping for pets from lower-income families. We also shelter homeless dogs and cats and find them loving forever homes.

Founded by Dr. Pat Dowell, and several other members of the community- PAIR is a registered 501(c)(3) in Port Angeles, WA.
